New York State’s Energy Plan: How Does It Affect Our Community?

On October 16, 2022, the Friends of the Village Library of Cooperstown and Otsego 2000 hosted a panel discussion on New York State's new Energy Plan (also known as CLCPA). Over 75 people attended and asked many good questions. The Powerpoint presentations by each panelist can be found below, as well as panelists' responses to questions submitted by the audience that couldn't be answered before time ran out. The panel was moderated by Otsego 2000 Board Member Daniel Sullivan.
